If you want or need to replace your regular snatch block then this Soft Shackle Recovery Ring can make a great alternative.

To use a recovery ring simply feed a soft shackle through the hole in the centre and this effectively creates you a snatch block! The winch line can then be attached to a recovery point, this Recovery Ring suits a rope with a diameter between 12mm and 18mm.

There are several advantages to using a recovery ring rather than a regular snatch block these include, rings are smaller and lighter so they are easier to store and handle, they are extremely easy to use, and require less maintenance.

This recovery ring has been made from black powder coated lightweight aluminium but it is still incredibly strong and has a maximum force rating of 200Kn.

This recovery rings are only to be used with a soft rope shackle, and synthetic rope not steel cable.
