Jockey wheels are used to make moving and adjusting trailers easier. This particular jockey wheel has a bracket welded on to be attached directly to the trailer for a semi-permanent fix. When winding and unwinding, the wheel will lower and raise accordingly. When fully open the jockey wheel will lock in place and when fully closed a metal plate will stop the wheel from spinning freely. These are bright zinc plated to aid rust resistance.
